Emergency Support for Ezi Accounting or Retail-man for one incident or fault.

• Support by E-Mail, with as fast a response as practical
• Recovery from system problems by analysis of data files and entire systems (may require use of FTP server).
• Recovery from system problems by direct access to the target computer – will require VNC or similar connectivity.
• Telephone support through Skype (Internet based Telephony).

There is no need for customers on Gold Support to pay for Emergency Support as this is included already.

i am reseller for RMan from long time, but I have a lot or problem that no good support, for example I need video to see how I can use many POS printer for one software, second how can I make network for the RMan i lost many customers because these question, please help me Jalil

I am afraid the we do not yet have any videos. Please see the Help file in Retail Man for the best information. Please send a mail to sales@ezisolution.co.uk for any support queries.
